Daily Moment of Gratitude
As many of my friends, clients, and family know, my Grandmother has been battling cancer for the past couple of months. I am sad to write that she has passed Sunday, August 26th at 1:30 am PT in Sacramento, CA in her home. Her passing was quiet and peaceful and her funeral was held on September 1st in Sacramento. I wanted to write a quick update to everyone as I am VERY grateful for all of the love and support I have been receiving over the past several weeks. A very heartfelt thank you to everyone!
In honor of my Grandmother, I have set my watch alarm to go off every afternoon at 1:30 pm so I can take a focused moment of gratitude every single waking day that I have on my wrist. In that brief 15 seconds, I take a timeout, regardless of how busy I am, and no matter where I sit, I think about all of the things I am grateful for in life. Give it a shot…it has been working for me for sure.
